Welcome to Moe’s Place (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including purchases made in-store, online, or through any related platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details.


5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party delivery services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.


6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion for eligible items, including cases of damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Perishable items may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.


7. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Product packaging and ingredients may change; customers are responsible for reviewing labels for dietary or allergy concerns.


8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of acceptable use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moe’s Place shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moe’s Place from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
