1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of grocery products, returns and refunds are handled as follows:

Perishable items (fresh produce, meat, dairy, frozen items) are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery or pickup.

Non-perishable items may be eligible for return if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, missing, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photos or order details to help resolve the issue.
Eligible resolutions may include:

A refund to the original payment method
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are packed or prepared. Once an order is in preparation or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days.
